RTI Resolver Addon

The RTI Resolver Addon is an optional imaging system for the Laser Aided Profiler that combines photo documentation with enhanced visualization of surface details. It captures a sequence of images under different lighting directions, and combines them into an interactive dataset, allowing you to examine fine features that are difficult to see in a standard photograph.

Reflectance transformation imaging (RTI) lets you explore the captured surface under different virtual lighting conditions, and bring out its texture and fine relief. Use it to examine decorations, inscriptions, reliefs, use wear, or manufacturing traces. This complements the profiles and photographs captured with the standard LAP system.
